My old username and account doesn’t work

Tried logging in with my old username BangBang77 and got an error message that my password was incorrect. Used the “forgot password” option and never received an email to reset it.

I know the email address associated with BangBang77 is correct as I have old emails from PMs and EE transactions from the old site. It’s also the only email I use for public forum stuff.

How do I get my old username and account info back?

ETA - created this account to at least get into the forum to get my account squared away. And my site privileges are limited until the bot that PMed me “gets to know me”. I’ve been a member here since 2012. WTF, over…

Same here. I updated my password but still can’t log in without sending a link to my email.

Bring back the old site. This blows

If your old email is a @hotmail/@live or other Macrosuck email, you will have to turn off the “Focused Inbox” feature. It’s like some child filter for your emails, and the one from this site almost always end up there. Go to your email settings & slide the tab under “Focused Inbox” to where it shows as grey and you will then actually get all your email (you’ll still have to check the junk box, but at least you won’t have to search in the “Other” tab anymore. New passwords have to be at least ten characters in length. Good Luck to all.

I still can’t sign in under my old name and also this morning it wouldn’t let me sign in at all.

I came very close to walking away, but went ahead and once again changed the password on my new user name.

If I owned this site, people would have been fired by now. I would state so publicly and and announce that this new style will be going away very soon.

Did you figure out how to send a message? Its been a a few months since Ive been on but I cant get into my account that at least 13 years old

Try changing the zoom on your screen. Like 50% or 75%.
