I just ordered the voltor vis-2ak for my first build. My understanding is that a 10" noveske barrel will give me just enough clearence to thread a supressor on the end(planning on liberty mystic). is this correct or did I mess up and im gonna have to go with a longer barrel?
A 9" handguard will leave just the muzzle threads exposed on our 10" barrel.
I wish there were some 8" barrels available.
I was planning on a PRI pistol handguard for mine. If I can ever get one.
So is that a yes I will have just enough room to attach the suppressor or no I will need a longer barrel? I aplogize for my noob questions, but I do not want to make a $350 mistake. And any idea when you will have 10" barrels available. And while I am asking is there going to be a switch to 1:7 twist in the near future or are yall going to stick with the 1:8?
That depends on your silencer. If it or the mount goes back over the barrel then it will not fit.
We are doing some testing with 1 in 7 in twist.
