Hey guys,
I’m putting together a packet and had a few questions. My recruiter is out for the weekend, so I thought I could get some good advice here.
1. How far back am I supposed to go for my employment history? I graduated college about 2 years ago and, between high school and college and post-college, I’ve worked about 9 jobs. I worked 2 or 3 part-time jobs through high school, two or three between semesters at college (transferring locations at one of those). I finally got a job with a company full-time during my last two years of college in my field of work, then they had to close the department I worked in, so they rehired me as an independent contractor. After 3 years of contractor work, I was rehired as a full-time employee at the same company (they had restructured). Do I need to list every single job in X years?
2. Driving history / speeding tickets. Again, how far back does this go? And more importantly, what am I supposed to report (and how do I find it)? I’ve probably only had 4 speeding tickets in 10 years, 3 of which I took driving school for (meaning I only have one on my official record). Also, only one of them was over $300 (I read somewhere that only tickets over $300 need to be reported). Since they never went on my record, well, I don’t have any info on the dates or the actual locations (I just vaguely remember them). Any advice?
Thanks!
