I am thinking about buying a Mark AR 1.5-4x20mm for my son’s 15-22. It may get used on my CMMG .22 upper as well, I have a FSB his will not. Would the Medium rings work on both guns? I had a TR24G for a while and hated the height of the 1.93 mount.
I am trying to decide between the medium and high QRW rings/mounts. This will be an online purchase so I will not get to try it first.
I tried the QRW rings and used Leupold MK 4 high rings for my Leupold MK MRT 1.5x5 before switching to an ADM Recon-H mount.
Due to the inline stock of the AR I think you will have a difficult time getting a low enough cheek to stock weld using those medium QRW rings. When I tried it I found it to be uncomfortable. I would go with a set of high rings.
