This is simple Justice and it is Justice the way it sometimes works itself out in our less urban enviroments.

I have ZERO problems with this.
What I don’t understand is this Guy had committed similar crimes with more than just this one Girl, he had been charged and been through the process it sounds loike at least three times.
So WTF are you doing giving this Guy Bail?
We all know the recitivisim rate on these guys are, so why do we keep pussy footing around?
cynics seem to think it was related to one of Fossler’s occupational choices.
Because it is the intent of the current form of the American justice system to support the criminal while cracking down on the law abiding.

There was a time when the community would rise up and pull that kind of scum out of their cell and hang them on the Court House Lawn.
