Can’t really tell - are the pictured mags Pmags or something else?

I believe there’s another article shared somewhere on here that mentions that they are a unique variation of PMag made to work with the odd ball caliber in use here.
The article is dated yesterday and they still called it Fort Benning. Makes me happy.
