As far as the gun goes I ain’t never heard of pin walking out of the gun. That is the benefit of roll pins. I heard of people mistaking the locking block pin as walking instead of realizing that the locking block pin protrudes slightly out of the right side of the frame acting as an over travel stop for the take down lever.
This is indeed what I thought was happening until Mr. Burwell pointed out the above to me. Most people do think it’s walking out and drive it back in mistakenly.
