why the switch from Wolf Eyes?

I’m not Grant, but lumens factory bulbs are much higher output than stock surefire or wolfeyes bulbs. These are also for the “E” series surefire set ups.

I actually switched some time ago, but never told anyone.

I feel they are better bulbs and offer WAY more options.

Guys- What about heat and shock?

These bulb are not shock proof (just like SF bulbs). Think of these bulbs like SF high output with longer run times.

I can attest that they do get hot after running for an extended period. But, if you’re generating something like 200 lumens on 9 volts, I figure that’s to be expected.

I need one for an E2D - cost and part #, and do you have it?

I bought one from Grant for my E2E. It performs as advertised. Runs longer and defenitely brighter. Well worth the $.
