Put about 800 rounds through it - and it was sent back to the factory last week to replace worn parts and for a refinishing of the frame in preparation of selling it. I would rate the condition at 90-95% with no holster wear.
Passes the 10-8 Extractor test, feeds JHP, and I put a Wilson 17# flat wire spring in it after Remington sent it back (the other one was starting to get finicky). Comes with the 2 factory mags, but I must be honest, these mags are NOT reliable.
