I just bought a LMT Tactical Rear Sight and am wondering if this is normal. If you look at it you can see how the rear half seems crooked, that is, not lined up evenly with the front. I can move it back and forth a bit, on a diagonal. I hope I’m making sense, kind of hard to describe.

Yeah… every A2/A3 sight like that has that spring loaded twist action to it.
OK, I got it for a fairly decent price on FeeBay and when it arrived, I thought…ah…crap.
