Easily 99% condition. Installed it on an upper, but wanted a slightly shorter rail so I bought a 12.0 and just changed the rail, and used my existing barrel nut from the 13.2. The barrel nut and all of the hardware is brand new and uninstalled, as it was the one that came with the 12.0 rail.
