As stated earlier, all components are like new except for USGI ifak and tq pouches. The plate carrier will ship with the factory cummerbund and shoulder pads as well, no modifications have been done to the plate bags so the original quick release cummerbund can still be used, the female buckles are under the placard. Originally built this out for work but policy changed and I’m unable to use personally owned gear so its up for sale.
