Just something to remember

USAID was created by Kennedy, he didn’t go through the Legislative Branch, he may or may not have consulted the Judicual Branch, but he pretty much used Executive Order.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Agency_for_International_Development#Creation
The United States Department of Education is a Cabinet level position.
I believe the Department of Education was created by Jimmy Carter.

Now if Trump is working within the Executive Branch and he being the POTUS or Executive, whats all the legal heartburn about?

While I don’t agree with it at all, those examples would probably be seen by the SCOTUS (eternal fvck be upon John Roberts) as similar to their DACA ruling, i.e. that essentially since it had been in place for a bit it wouldn’t be faaaair :sob: to the ILLEGALS and would be an “undue burden”. In this case, although also created by Executive Order, USAID has been in existence for >60 years and would be unfaaaair :sob: to undo it.

You know what? Thomas, Gorsuch, and Alito aside, the SCOTUS can go fvck itself. Roberts is a POS, Kavanaugh is wishy-washy, and I don’t trust ACB past where I can throw the bitch. That is without even addressing the libtards on there.

But Oh how they will Howl when you get in to their Judicual or Legislative Branch.
I don’t think they have a leg to stand on, in by Executive Action/Out by Executive Action.

And beyond that, the POTUS has all powers to some degree, they keep forgetting that Biden isn’t sitting up there anymore.

It’s not that cut and dried, of course not it’s government.

Congress passed a law creating Dept. of Ed., but under the management of the executive branch.

Congress also passed a law with vague foreign aid requirements. Which eventually led to USAID, under the Dept. of State. Which was then split from State by an act of Congress (law).

Confused yet, I am.

Now they (the left) seem to want to say that these executive branch departments are not subject to the orders of the head of the executive branch, meaning the President. Well, but only the orders of THIS President are invalid. Every other President that directed the executive branch to do stuff? Well sure that was OK. Just not this time, cuz… reasons.

Come to find out this has already been settled by the SCOTUS in Johnson vs The State of Mississppi.
So there’s always that…

It’s pretty simple as I see it. The president enjoys broad immunity for official acts (as affirmed by SCOTUS). The president has the unrestrained power to pardon anyone he wants for any federal “crime” (again, according to SCOTUS). That means he can run the executive branch as he sees fit and pardon anyone he delegates to do his bidding, that his enemies might target in retaliation.

Unless and until the Supreme Court of the United States rules against him, he can ignore these lower court orders and proceed with the business of saving the American taxpayers from the 4th branch of government.

The only way this works is for him to blitzkrieg the Deep State and decapitate it, which he’s trying to do via firings. Then use AI and algorithms to locate, close with and destroy the fraud. That then has to be fed into a system designed to both facilitate prosecutions, and expose them to the public in easy to understand terms.

That means he has to ignore these pissant judges in lower courts and if absolutely necessary, even ignore the John Roberts (eternal piss be upon him) led contingent of SCOTUS. He has to channel Old Hickory and combine that with some serious Sun Tzu.

If he can hold them off long enough, Musk’s army of autists will scour up the data, change the coding to lock out and flag the bad actors who attempt to access it, and use Bondi and Gabbard (who just got confirmed BTW) to shove the giant dildo of consequence up their asses.

Again, this will only work if we all ignore the wailing and lamentations of the swamp, both (D) and (R) and the unelected 4th branch, the bureaucrats. For this to work Trump must dare greatly. I certainly hope he does because this is the closest we may ever come to killing the beast.

Any prosecutions (and there should be MANY) need to take place in the first two years of his term so that the guilty parties actually get to sit in prison for a couple years before a possible Democrap administration comes in during 2029 and pardons them. Ruin them financially, and put them in Gen Pop, not one of those low-security “country club” prisons.

The USAID funding seems pretty straightforward to me. Congress may have appropriated funding to go to USAID, fine. That doesn’t mean each and every one of these expenditures was. Those decisions of what and what not to fund were made by executive branch employees. They can be rescinded by executive branch employees. Congress delegated that authority when they created the program. If they are unhappy with the outcome of delegating that authority now? Well, tough shit.

I am honestly shocked at the level of graft involved with USAID. I certainly don’t trust the government past where I can throw them, but what is coming to light is sickening. I am so glad that an “agency” such as DOGE (like them or not) is bringing light to these things. I honestly think that is why the Left—and some on the supposed Right—are freaking out about this.

I wasn’t born yesterday, and certainly not last night, but the level of corruption in the U.S. government is astonishing. I knew it existed, but the degree is beyond words.

Crucify them ALL involved in this shit. I know it’s a pipe-dream, but holy Hell…

To have knowledge that this is continuing to go along, all while telling people that "The Rich don’t pay their FAIR SHARE is one thing. To have profitted off of the endeavor and then TO tell people “You’re not Paying your fair Share” or ever mention cutting Social Security, you are a Fiend an absolute Lying Monster and have you no Business serving in our Government at any level.
I have no faith anyone will be held to account for this money.

Robespierre wasn’t Term Limited though.

As anxious as they all are to appear on the News and to be on the “Front Lines” and hardcore against Trump, they are certainly making it easy to compile a rather extensive list aren’t they?

Trump and Musk are revealing how people enter Washington as middle class then exit wealthy.

I read this morning that 77k federal workers accepted Trump’s buyout offer. The offer has now expired. At the same time, agencies including the EPA, GSA and HHS are now ending teleworking from home and demanding employees return to the office. Naturally, a cheese whizz Union boss complained that EPA employees commuting to work will generate more greenhouse gases. uh hu…

Letters are going out to new employees (under a year) that they are still in the probation period and subject to immediate termination.

God bless Trump and Musk.

I think before they are fired those 87,000 IRS agents Xiden hired should be investigating the finances of quite a few politicians, and it just might need to be some who won’t play ball with the new administration. What a coincidence.

Caveat: I do not give a flying fvck if that makes us no better than them. Keep morality lectures to yourself, I have no interest in hearing them. They have sown the seeds, now let them reap the rotten harvest.

We tried “Being Nice.” They refused and forced a bar-room brawl. (Who put Autocorrect on Winblows? I typed “brawl” and it posted as “ball.” Yet another name for the Break Some Fingers list…)

It’s time to start Not Being Nice, throwing haymakers and busting pool cues over skulls. “Being Nice” can MAYBE resume once they’re on their hands and knees and sung for peace on our terms.

I don’t think Trump is being nice or mean. Like Musk said, Trump is doing what he said he’d do if we elected him. We did. It’s called democracy.

It’s amazing to hear everyone on the Left defend the waste and grift while scoring points with their voters by doing so. It just further proves that liberalism and TDS are real mental illnesses.
