The “other” stem cell clinic in Panama has been doing it far longer and has far more clinical experience than anyone on the planet. Where Mel Gibson went, etc. Type, viability, count, etc, is essential with stem cells and the benefits. I can’t comment on the stem cells utilized by that clinic John went to. I have met with the director and owner of the other clinic various times over the years, not had the process done myself. Anyway, I hope you experience benefit from the process and I look forward to follow up as to if you notice long term improvements.

Didn’t watch the vid, I don’t YouTube. Also can’t speak to treatment in Panama.
I have had stem cell treatment with great success. I tore my labrum in my right shoulder, type 2 SLAP tear with greater than 6mm displacement for the medically savvy folks. Diagnosis confirmed by MRI. Spoke with several orthopods, and all were recommending surgery to reattach and also relocate the bicep attachment. I was told, “this will not heal without surgery.” Looked into alternatives and found a surgeon that also did stem cell. He treated me with my stem cells (harvested from hip bone marrow), followed with shockwave therapy treatments and 2 PRP treatments during the course of recovery (about 3 months total). Then some physical therapy to build strength. I fully recovered from the tear, confirmed by follow up MRI at 10 months post treatment. Fully attached, some residual scar tissue, less than 1mm displacement.
Sample size of one. Worked out well for me. Out of pocket cost (not covered by insurance) $5K.

FWIW, at the same time I had the same protocol done in my other shoulder and both knees. I had prior injuries/wear and tear/aging problems with them.
I have experienced marked improvements in all of these. However anecdotal and potential placebo effect cannot compare to the documentable healing of the SLAP tear with pre/post MRI. All I know is that I feel better and I am much more active at this point. My GP keeps telling me, “You don’t need to live like your in your 50’s (actual 56) but at least try to act like you are in your 30’s”.
