IWC Customer Service in decline?

I edited my original post. It was more of a rant than anything actually productive for the forum.

I’ve noticed a significant decline in IWCs customer service. Is this an isolated incident? I am a repeat customer and my first orders felt like I was doing business with an old friend, my most recent order is like pulling teeth. 5 weeks and no products. Unresponded emails. Deliberately misled on shipping times (twice). I like Earl, and I like his products. I hate to come out in public like this against a good man running a good business but why the shift?

Very unbecoming from what I used to know at IWC. What’s going on?

I can’t help but think they are paralleling PSA. I.e. growing faster than their abilities can keep up with.
