It's on in Iran

Various strikes taking place in Iran. Why now? Were they close to having a functional nuke?

When are we Bombing Iran Post Bro..

I am old enough to remember why Iran has had one coming for a long, long time. While I don’t like seeing a war develop, I will also not shed any tears for the Mullah’s regime.

Chit just got real, Ali Khamenei was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Iran this morning, an Israeli official tells Israeli media. If anything says declaration of war on both sides, that would be it. Rest in pieces as pink mist.

Douglas Murray, understands Trump better than most ā€˜Muricans, always a voice of rational opinions. He also thinks TC is an idiot, so there’s that:

Friendly fire already taking place.

Three U.S. F-15E Strike Eagles downed by Kuwaiti Patriot in friendly fire during Operation Epic Fury vs. Iran. Deep dive on the chaos, why our 4th-gen Eagles got hit, coalition SAM challenges, and how to fix this moving forward.

Apparently Colin Powell took George Bush aside at one point and said ā€œIf We break it We have to Fix it.ā€ Well Colin Powell was wrong, ā€œIf we have to come there andf break your shit, you can sit in the pile until you fix it yourselfā€ is Trump new motto and it’s time we tried this method.

One jet is a mistake. Two jets make you raise your eyebrows. Three jets make me think maybe a ā€œGreen on Blueā€ incident? One or a couple Jihadi’s on a missile crew? I know Kuwait is our ally, but they are Arabs and are muzzies, so……

Just spitballing.

Like the old James Bond quip- ā€œonce is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy actionā€.

I hadn’t thought of that! Interesting idea. Vid worth watching, he goes deep into the tech and appears to know it well.

More than likely someone a little nervous in the service. All that going on and how many fighters did Kuwait have in the Air?

I don’t know what Kuwaiti’s are good at, but it aint War.

Notice how quickly Russia and China backed out of there? Didn’t they plan on taking over the world with their VICR combination and create a new monetary system? How’d that work out?

Kuwait is a satellite province of Halliburton and the Bushes.

An important development. Ground combat starts. I don’t know the regional dynamics well enough to comment one way or another, I’m unclear if that’s a smart idea or not how it will be viewed regionally and internationally. Unless the Kurds have a specific beef with Iran (as they do with Turkey, and Iraq under Sadam), it seems like they are acting as mercs. I assume we paid and armed, and trained them for this effort?

Hundreds of Kurdish fighters have begun ground activity inside Iran from areas near the Iraqi border, Israeli and American officials confirmed to The Jerusalem Post on Wednesday, in a development that could open an additional front against Tehran as regional tensions continue to escalate.

The Kurdish forces operating along the Iran-Iraq border are considered one of the most prominent armed opposition groups confronting the regime in Tehran. The organizations involved are Iranian Kurdish groups that maintain thousands of fighters, most of whom operate from territory in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq along the frontier with Iran.

According to Kurdish sources, these forces have been preparing in recent days to participate in ground operations in western Iran with the aim of pressuring Iranian security forces and dispersing them across multiple arenas.

The strategic concept behind the activity, the sources said, is that fighting along the border areas would force the Iranian regime to divert military and security resources there, potentially easing pressure on protesters and opposition elements in major cities inside Iran.

Envision foreign SOF employing formations of Kurdish separatists like dogs on a leash.

Kurds maneuver, fight, and seize territory, while SOF manage tempo and deliver air support.

The US mastered this kind of operation fighting ISIS in NE Syria.

This seems to be a possibility for how the Iranian ground campaign could transpire.

I have little doubt that’s exactly how it will go. Iranians are going to have their a$$ handed to them I suspect, especially if the Kurds have CAS and the like.

Someone in a high place came up with this amalgamation of previously-tried stuff and this ā€œstrategyā€ is the result. It actually sounds feasible….fingers crossed and holding your mouth just right!

All humor aside, maybe it works this time? No one wants our ā€œbootsā€ on the ground over there, myself included*. This allows for a ground ā€œoffensiveā€ to draw out Iranian forces (hopefully IRGC) where we can exterminate them en masse and like mentioned above, take pressure off the cities that need to rebel. Weapons need to be sent by the gazillions to the resistance (if we are it’s being kept very quiet). The best part is that these resistance/Kurd forces will have the best combat air support available on the planet.

*Of course there might be a slight ā€œfootprintā€ of American spook and SOF people to help train and lead them. That much I’m okay with, but not moving five Army divisions in or anything.

Hey, if the Kurds wanna play ball and help out more power to em. Kinda surprised though. We have a bit of a track record for making them some really rosy promises in return for assistance. Then after they pay the butcher’s bill we let somebody like Erdogan curb stomp them.

I’d certainly prefer a pro-America regime and everyone live happily ever after. That said, if all we do is crush this Iranian regime and the ability of any replacement to wage war I’m good with it.
