starting last tuesday the 6th, your state representative has been accepting your calls (politely) requesting that he NOT, again NOT support SB 16. Which from what i understand is to make you register your semi-auto rifle within 90 days of the bill passing, or face arrest and fines. Theres also something else like if your caught with a semi-auto and four mags its LIFE IN PRISON!! Are your fucking kidding me!!! I was in Springfield last week. IGOLD (Ill. Gun Owners’ Legislation Day) and there were between 1,500 and 2,000 people there. All of us went around and talked to our representatives and state senators. Most of them were very receptive about blocking SB-16. Trouble is that the Chicago Gang are still trying to push their unpopular anti-gun agenda through the state legislature. One of the Chicago representatives said something to the effect, “I live along the flight path to O’Hare Airport and I’m afraid that a terrorist is going to shoot down an airplane with a .50 caliber rifle that will crash into my home and kill me and my family.” So, now you are aware that the Chicago morons are pushing to ban .50 caliber rifles. I can’t wait for the feds to FINALLY nail Daley and his corrupt political minions. They’ve gotten everybody around him to include former Governor RINO (Republican In Name Only). The sooner the feds send Daley away to prison the better Illinois will be.

Look at California for instance, a company like Advantage Arms can’t sell threaded barrels or ship magazines larger than 10 rounds even out of the state.
