Look up the 2nd circuit decision in the kachalsky v. cacace appeal. Several people were plaintiffs against licensing officers who denied carry permits because applicants “didn’t show enough cause above and beyond the general populace” to need a carry permit. Indicative of the corrupt shithole that NY is where people like Chuck Schmuck Schumer can carry any old time of day but civvies are screwed. Lots of that liberal hypocrisy going around.
