Someone please educate me…

What exactly do I need to legally build and own a short-barrel .223 rifle with a suppressor? Also, what are my options for burst-fire or full-auto firearms? I know I cannot afford anything in the near future, but I wold love to just know what I need and how to go about getting it.

And feel free to call me a NUBE in your first line of the response, I know I am just uninformed…lol.:rolleyes:
