I have to have a “link” sent to me from M4C in order to login. My username and password hasn’t changed since 2011. Not sure what’s goin on. Email, username, and password don’t work. However the link sent from M 4C works.

Yep, just login and change your password. Then you are GTG.
It won’t let me change my password. It also says I’m not a registered user.
I tried to log in under my previous username I was upgraded member for years and every time I logged in after password reset I got a X log in. Changed my password etc no joy. Not sure what happened but guess all my previous post and feed back is gone. Good work boys.
That brings up a good question… does feedback even exist anymore?

Oh, ok… Did you get an email earlier from M4C about a new forum. It asked you to click and verify. I think that email basically transferred your registration. Then your password would need a re-set. I can’t recall when I received that email.
Might want to email staff and have someone send you that email.

Scroll down until you find STAFF2 – send message. ( I actually don’t see that name right now, but have)
Correction: I do see that name now, must have skipped over it.
If you do not see STAFF2 that helped someone else – read the title of the user names. There are multiple moderators, they may not be able to help. Then you will see some admin level names. They probably can help. Then you will see some Staff level names. I would just pick one and send details. I’m sure they will know where to route it.
I’m not aware of any direct emails. It’s all internal messaging.
Hmmm. I don’t seem to be able to private message anyone. Maybe because I’m on a brand new account?
I tried several times to login, reset password, etc. No dice. Made a new account. Any mods/admin wanna help a luddite get his account un-F’d?
ETA: I had about given up. I was getting the “72 hours” relaunch message for about a week.

Edit: Nevermind. My trust got upgraded after this post and am now able to send messages.
Had to make a new account. Who do I message and HOW do I message them to get the old one recovered? I saw the notification at the top of the main page, but don’t know how to do what it says.
