Hubby Outfits Me With New Knife

Now that we sell Spyderco and Zero Tolerance knives (KNIVES20 on our site to get 20% off), I got another new knife from the hubby. Over the years, I have had SOG, Surefire, and Benchmade. This week he gave me a little Spyderco Dragonfly. It’s cute. Little. It has a great clip: Perfect for yoga pants.

Does your hubby get them for you or do you pick them out?

My wife sees them all as the same, and even gardened with my Spyderco Endura. That’s fine by me, I have several, and rotate them as they get dull and resharpened. I’m pretty set on Spyderco. I hear they are coming out with a proprietary steel and hope to pick up another Endura when they do.

I dig the wave feature, it’ll open faster than an auto with a little practice.

I’ve been a Sypderco fan for years and have carried the various generations of the Native for longer than I can remember.

I picked up their Salt series with the H2 steel that they say will not rust. And they are right. It’s been on dozens of salt water dives and is still perfect.

Edit To Add: I’m the hubby. I picked out my wife’s knife for a Christmas present. I got her a Walker model somewhere around 15 years ago.

I like the choil on Dragonflys.
May try one of the Wharncliffe blades, really like that blade on my Delica.
