I tried a search but didn’t find any threads on the HTC low profile battle belt. Anyone have any experience with it? Seems really sweet but pretty pricey. I’ve been running and HSGI suregrip but like the low profile of the HTC so was thinking of selling my HSGI to get the HTC. Thoughts?
Depends on what you’re trying to do.
If it’s just for a range toy, it’s disgustingly over priced. Occasional class, grossly over priced.
Security professional or special LEO team, might be worth it.
Ive never used it but MAC just did a video.

No experience with the belt system in question but if your simply looking for a inner/outer type set up utilizing Velcro I love my Crye MRB. 120$ to boot.
What are you wanting to do with the belt? Personal experience here, low profile belts are great if you are not wearing a PC or chest rig, and wanting to either try to conceal, IE over coat, or security or close protection, or light weight, lo-pro range duty. However, I personally have found that if you want to try to go low profile and then run a PC or chest rig and use the belt to augment your load out the PC or chest rig will get in the way and can make things uncomfortable to a degree.
Mission drives the gear and all that.
I have found through personal trial and error that if I am doing a belt, it is going to be built to a particular usage as I have not found one that fits both lo-pro range work, and integrated with a Chest rig and PC.
