How many copies of my Trust do I need to send in for Form 4 for to get my Silencer ?

I printed out 2 but I think they only need 1

One. And it’s not required, but I printed mine double-sided just like the form…simply to use less paper and for the package to weigh less.

As has been said, one. I have submitted multiple Form 1’s at once with only one copy of my trust.

I called and asked the question and she said one copy of my Trust and Two copys of my Form 4.

This is what I did as well and is stated on the form to send in duplicate.

FYI I had a bad experience with multiple form 4’s and a form 1 w/ only 1 copy of trust all in 1 envelope. I was denied on the form 4’s for not including a trust. I will be submitting all future forms in separate envelopes each with appropriate paper work in the future.

I wonder if it’s because the Form 1’s and 4’s go separate ways for approval once received by the ATF.

Maybe there was a change in policy for handling Forms submitted with Trusts.

Or maybe I just got lucky that day. Possible, but highly unlikely as that almost never happens.

But after hearing that, it’s cheap and easy “insurance” to just submit a copy with each pair of Forms. I’ll be doing that in the future to avoid any possible delays.
