Hero Bystander takes out school shooter

That is correct, he say him with a long gun entering the school and gave chase. He was apparently coming home from work for lunch.

Those ā€œ bullet holesā€ are from buckshot, that vehicle belongs to another individual, not the hero dad.

Something I read way back in College is ringing a bell about pursuing a crimminal during a crime.
I believe in the pursuit of a Crimminal during a Crime means you get a Pass on all other crimes while in pusuit.
I.E. If you are chasing the Bank Robbers, no one can arrest you for speeding.
I’m trying to connect two brain cells from 1978

I recall that as well but that was then and this is now and we’re talking about libtard central here in Oregon.

So apparently the scumbag was a former ā€œspecial needsā€ student at the school and there was a very brave teacher that threw her cellphone at him, charged him and attempted to wrestle his weapon away just prior to hero dad capping his ass.

ETA: Oh yeah; his momma said he was a good boy and there was no indication he was a nutbag.

Two very brave citizens there. I think people have figured out that you are your own first responder and that waiting on the police to arrive will only result in more casualties.

Our Schools in my Community began ā€œMainstreamingā€ handicapped Kids in to regular Classes and I just don’t think they do enough of a complete investigation as to how these Kids are going to ā€œFit Inā€.
I’m all about equal education it’s just a behavioral thing. I don’t think I’m the only Adult with concerns either.
I don’t think everyone can behave in Public Schools and if they can’t they don’t belong there.

Well the only ā€œspeshul needā€ that little faggot has now is the need for formaldehyde.

Saw the police chief mention yesterday that he was shot ā€œmultiple timesā€. That makes me happy. Hopefully the dude fired until slide-lock.

So much this. In the early 2000s my college wargamed the Active Shooter scenario and we found that CONSISTENTLY if you didn’t engage within the first two minutes of first shot your body count went WAY up.

Our Chancellor was a smart dude and adopted a policy that quietly welcomed discreet CCW after he saw how I studied and trained for my own permit, but everywhere he sent our findings it just got File 13’d because ā€œMUH NARRUHTIV ALL GUNZ ALWAYZ BAD REEE!!1!!!1!!!ā€

Exigent Circumstances?

That might be it, I remember sitting in a Class in College.
I believe the Question was phrased about carrying a handgun in to a Bank during a Robbery. Yes you can if you are preventing the Robbery was the answer.

I heard an LE press conference where the speaker said Dad had a 40 cal pistol to let the air out of the psycho. That’s the icing on the cake.

That explains the multiple rounds fired into the perp. If Dad had one of those high-tech 9mm bullets we hear so much about it would have been a one-shot stop. :winking_face_with_tongue:

Great.. the libtard TDS stricken fucks in this state might pursue it on that reason alone.

Exactly, one well placed 9mm is all that is needed. He couldnt get a good shot from the over compensating 40 short and weaker recoil.

One well placed shot of 22 LR would work too. THAT, however, is not how the real world works. 9mm is a fucking sick joke. Body cam video after body cam video continues to show that…. who’d have guessed it??… Physics is a real thing. Little slow bullets SUCK at stopping violent nut jobs.

I think you’re confusing poor marksmanship with a hardware problem.

Well, I can’t speak for R290, but in my case the posting was just to tease you a bit, because I know you really like the .40.

Truth be known, if the SHTF my first go-to weapon would be my P226 in .40.

I’d probably grab my grandfather’s old black powder pistol before my .40. It’s honestly the only firearm caliber I’m embarrassed to own.

I been rocking 380 over 40 lately.
