This gun owner absolutely knocked it out of the park. The Second Amendment is for EVERYONE. He missed it on some of the taking an AR15 to war stuff, but we need more vocal with common sense people like him on our side.
I’ve said it before, but these reasoned debates, no matter how well informed or articulate, are a waste of time.
The left won’t be convinced they’re wrong, we don’t need a reminder why we’re right and people in the middle respond to emotional ploys over logic every time.
Yeah, I agree…This dude isn’t changing any minds. We’re past the point where having reasonable discussions and writing polite letters to pols is useful effort.

You may very well be correct, you can just be silent and take it in the ass or you can be vocal and still get it in the ass. If the gun debate is to far gone why do we need the NRA or any other gun rights groups, as its to late for talk, so just turn them * ALL* in. The same way of thinking could also be said about all the debatable issues, don’t put up a fight, its useless, just bend over and take it.
No, I’m saying that we have to adopt their tactics. Emotional ploys, citing intentionally skewed statistics, social media campaigns, etc.
Trying to debate these people is like arguing with a toddler. You can lay out your points in the most clear and concise manner humanly possible, but they’ll still scream and cry trying to get their way.
I don’t think that the point he is making. I think from his comments is that logic is lost on them.
