Go to the range and two rifles are hitting 3 inches low and 1.5 right?????

Have you ever gone to the range and out of nowhere you have two guns that both shoot low/right? When last week they were both dead nuts one.

Gun 1, was my Geissele Super duty that has been a laser and shot all ammo very well. Started with some 77 Norma handholds, low/right. Then tried 2 factory loads, 69 SMK by Outback and some Norma, all LOW/RIGHT.

Then I jump on my FN SPR Bolt gun. Same thing, tried handholds and factor, all Low / right. My Bergara’s and KAC SR15, spot on.

Just how does this shit happen, has happened before and we never figured it out?

That happened to me once. Turns out the wind was blowing right to left and I was shooting on the 300yd range instead of the 100yd range.

I double posted this issue. Please delete or freeze.

Yes, Bret at 300 shit can happen.

Yeah, you’re talking 1 moa horizontal and 1/2 moa vertical, right?

That’s not much…

Wind, temperature, cheekweld, how you’re holding your tongue… Any of those.

Hard to remember. We’ve had days where every gun is shooting 1/2 MOA left. The Super Duty above gets pissy after fouling and walks down 4 inches and right 2 inches at 100 yards. Weirdest barrel ever, but a laser when it’s clean.
