That surprises me. I have both, but never laid one on top of the other.
I know that after sticking with a 19 almost exclusively starting around 2002, a G45 MOS with dot I picked in 20 or 21 pointed high for me so i ended up trading it in on a Gen 5 19 MOS

I think i have shot a box of ammo thru a P08, but i have shot lots of ammo thru Ruger standard, MkI, and MkII models which are frequently referred to as having a “Luger like” grip angle which is obviously incorrect because, as 1168 pointed out, 55° is not 22°. 
So I might like shooting a Nambu instead or is it closer to a Luger?

I haven’t heard anything else since they suspended sales earlier this year. Which is too bad because I really like mine. Man, throw a COA on a Gen6 G21 and I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I like the Acro setup better. Glock/Lipsey ran a limited number of Glocks with the Acro P2. I was surprised when they came out with the COA.
With the new Optics cut, let’s see what they do.

You can always look at overlays in Handgun Hero, too. For a fun exercise, take a look on there at some of the other modern guns compared to a 1911 that grip angle folk prefer over Glocks. Hint: they also don’t share grip angle with the 1911.

Just looked a Glockstore/Lenny’s email blast. Glock has some really good upgrades to the gun. Fucking shame it’s all in bitch ass caliber. America is weak and lazy.

Dudes that kill people for a living don’t care that much about cartridges, generally. It’s not a matter of strength or testosterone levels.

As for me I will never buy a Glock again, I strongly feel they are cowards, care less than nothing about American Constitutional rights or gun owners, and they are just stupid.
They should have fought the law suits brought against them instead of running and hiding, but they are a European based company that has really no concept in their DNA about freedom. They just want to sell products and they don’t care if it is a pistol or a tent peg.
Most real gun guys understand that most if not all semi auto firearms and be modified to fire full auto. So what I don’t care if it is hard work or a Glock switch it is a felony if not done correctly.
Lastly they used the suits to try and play the American gun community. They could have made these modifications ten years ago. They didn’t, now I am supposed to get excited enough to buy a new traitor model Glock.
But it has made me understand that the USA is probably going to be lost to Islamic Marxist in the end, for the conservatives are playing checkers and the Left and Islam are playing chess.

They should have fought it and/or least stopped .gov sales to every state that filed a lawsuit
Unfortunately, their preferring to sell to .gov(which is likely between 20% to 35% of their business) is common among US based companies as well.
I don’t think Glock has near as much influence on the market as even 15 years ago. If Glock decides not to sell to certain states they’ll just lose that much more of their market share.

California private sales are cut off anyway.
Per one of the Glock Annuals around 1995, Glock’s US sales were 80% private / 20% .gov at a time when there really wasn’t anything comparable on the market so it seems odd they want to cater to .gov like they do, but same goes for Ruger when Bill Ruger was alive and the private to .gov ratio was probably even more lop sided

Yea. Had my first Glock around 1996 IIRC. Have owned a couple dozen at least. Now zero. Zero interest in G6, either.
Handled the Gen 6 models over the weekend. I might be lucky, but the palm swell fits me perfectly, and the upgraded optics mounting system is also welcome. The slightly improved trigger is nice, but the Gen 5 trigger never bothered me.

Having not yet handled one, I joke (based on reviewed features) that Glock ripped off Shadow Systems who originally ripped off Glock.
The 6 looks great, but if there’s no full size 40, I’m stuck in Gen 4 and 5. I honestly don’t have room for another 40 cal anyway.
Running the Gen6 G19 and G45. I still end up adding the Medium Grip Module (or whatever it’s called) but overall like the grip.
I don’t care for the shape of the trigger. The regular profile of the smooth face Glock triggers have served me well to this point. The Gen6 trigger face is like pressing on the edge of a table or 1”x4”.
