Your heartbeat has an electromagnetic “Finger Print” quantum magnatometry amplifies the ability to read that signal. So, your signal “Heartbeat” goes out on a low frequency signal and can be picked up and filtered by AI and then verified through satelite night vision imagry.

Privacy is a myth at this point.

It’s kinda sad.

Well, until they can fingerprint everyones heartbeat….

If this truly exists and isn’t deliberate disinformation, it is scary as hell. Sooner or later it’ll be used domestically. I do not care if it is used to catch a murderer/rapist/pedophile hiding out somewhere. Good old fashioned police work has done just fine all these years. We don’t need a domestic Stasi with all kinds of toys to play with. Sorry cops, I’m not interested in making your job easier, be it local, state, or Federal.

That said, if it is real it kinda makes you wonder where it came from. IIRC it involves quantum electromagnetic something-or-other. Is it a natural evolution of human technology, or did we reverse engineer it from something we “found”?

My understanding is it’s a little more complicated than someone recording your heartbeat.

Currently as far as I can tell it’s being done with guy’s who cross over lines. So, it’s not for everyone.

Tom Clancy predicted this.

The science nerd and Scfi reader and author in me loves it, the individual in me knowing how that can and will be used horrifies me. It’s booth cool as F and scary.

Yes, that was my first thought. I read about it in Rainbow Six 30 years ago and thought it was just a little fictional embellishment then.

This now being a thing, I think I have learned that you cant hide in the outdoors, because they can hear your heartbeat.

Remember the movie “Enemy of the State”? From the late 90’s and it showed technology that (at the time) seemed off the charts.

All the way back to the 1960’s we used technology similar to this to detect and target NVA and VC supply activities at night with gunships. Back then it was picking up the electromagnetic signatures of ignition systems on vehicles.

The concept is similar but the fidelity of the sensors and the computers that interpret the data are exponentially better.

Wonderful, I’m sure this is the technology AI drones will use to hunt down the remaining humans after they decide to kill us all.

My BIL recently retired from .gov as a civilian engineer working on nuclear subs and other ships. He told me once “think of the most advanced electronics/computers/technology that you can buy. The military is 20 years ahead of that”.
