Anybody got ideas for a duffle/gear type bag to keep an M4 type rifle in?
I think I would prefer this to keeping a rifle case in the vehicle, for appearance reasons. I would like lots of pockets for ammo, gear, magazines, pistol, etc., while not breaking the bank.
I bought a Voodoo Tactical 36-inch soft case. I’ve only had it a short time so I can’t vouch for the long term wear but I like it. This compact case can hold two carbines and has several pockets for mags or whatever. Has MOLLE and provides some padding. They come in 5 colors or so (I got Coyote) and I see them selling from $60 to $70. Works fine for me.
Edit: Doh! Re-reading your post and realized you’re probably not looking for a soft case but a real duffel bag. Sorry.
Guitar case, tennis racket bag, bat bag, hockey bag, tool bag/box, pvc tube, etc.
