Mount is new in pouch with all, to include pouch, mounting instructions, screws, Loctite and hand tag. I’ve ran one of these on a SCAR 17H for a couple of years, and it has always held zero. IMHO, this is the finest ACOG mount made. I originally purchased two, intending to mount one on an M4, but went another direction since my old eyes now have difficulty picking up the ACOG reticle.
Get rid of that POS Trijicon ACOG thumb screw mount and replace it with the rock sold, QD, GDI R-COMM for less than half the MSRP ($235) for the same exact mount obtained from Global Defense Initiatives (GDI) Engineering.
