I have a FN Police shotgun 12g pump. The polymer ears that connect to the trigger guard…one of those ears broke and it seems as if the polymer piece is a rather large piece. I would like to fix this correctly, rather than glue it or something else. Can anyone be so kind as to guide me as to how and where I can repair this?

Your best bet, is to contact Winchester.
Failing that, contact SGCUSA.com, and ask if you can purchase a spare, if they have any.
