I had an older 11" troy trx extreme but I wanted something longer.
I asked CS at Troy industries if I could get longer rail but I got a no. They no longer produced that version. Later that week they said they can upgrade to the alpha rail. I choose the 15" version. It fells more solid also.
I agree Troy has the best CS. They made a customer for life.
