What kind of sicko takes a Dog POW ?
Not buyin it.
The dog looks too compliant and obedient towards someone who isn’t it’s handler to me. I would think a dog we would use wouldn’t act like that.
And how did they get a hold of all this reported equipment during a raid but they aren’t showing any dead bodies of our young men or captured live ones?
Not buyin it.
The same sicko’s that have been holding US Army SGT Bowie Bergdahl as a POW for the last five years.
I’d be delighted if both of them came home tonight.
As for the why, it’s a power and propaganda tool for those assholes.
Apparenltly, it’s a Brit canine. And training of the dogs varies from US to UK as well as what the dog’s purpose is. If it had been a U.S. Special Operations dog, there’s no way they would’ve gotten ahold of it
“The Ministry of Defence does not comment on special forces operations, personnel or kit – in this case a dog – and referred all inquiries to the Nato-led International Security Assistance force in Kabul, where a spokesman confirmed that a dog had gone missing during a mission in December.”

SAS Dog Captured By Taliban In Afghanistan
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=392_1391716673
"A military dog captured by the Taliban and paraded on TV is British and went missing during an SAS mission that cost the life of a British soldier, Sky News understands.
Early reports had suggested the dog, called Colonel, was from the US but sources in Washington have denied this.
The dog was taken during an operation on December 23 last year east of Kabul.
Captain Richard Holloway, 29, was killed during the mission. He was from the Royal Engineers Regiment but served with the SAS.

Capt Holloway has been described by his commanding officer as a “natural leader”, whose “tactical ability commanded wide respect”.
He added: “His judgement was un-erring, his enthusiasm was infectious and his standards never dropped.”
The military regularly use dogs for surveillance and bomb detection.
The fate of Colonel is not known. The Ministry of Defence has not commented on the reports.
But a statement from the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said: “We can confirm that a military working dog went missing following an ISAF mission in December, 2013.”
“It is ISAF policy to defer identification to the appropriate national authorities.”
Several of them are carrying suppressed M4s with ACOGs in the video. That they have the dog is believable to me. They apparently got it in December so they have had some time to work on it which might explain why it is so tame and looks defeated.
I’m not. Working dog expert but how aggressive toward someone else would a dog trained in EOD be? It’s clearly not one of the usual breeds used for tracking/apprehension.
Not to mention if they have had it since December there is no telling what the poor guys has gone through with those sick ****s.
If I were the dog I’d be more worried if the Koreans took me hostage…
Now that more info has come out it has become more believible than what was posted with the first article.
Sad, I hope those sick ****ers have an accidental discharge with one of their IED’s or bomb vests…
