Finally got a Colt 6920

The seven day waiting period for assault weapons here in Maryland expired today, so the 6920 came home with me today. Within half an hour I had the new MAGPUL MIAD, and PMAG installed, and installed the MAGPUL MOE stock when UPS delivered it a few hours later. The ACOG on LaRue Tactical mount and GG&G BUIS were previously on my Bushmaster, but will now stay on the Colt.

Beauty…very nice!!

gratz! i’m still paying mine off.

Very nice. Congrats. Welcome to the 6920 club. 20 rd mags only in MD or do you just prefer them?

Congratulations! I know your going to like yours as much as I like mine.

Congratulations on beating the possible freeze!! I love mine.

Excellent. Congrats!

If I did not already have a complete 6920 as well as a Noveske N4 Basic I would be doing what I needed to to buy one for the best price I could find. I would not be holding my breath for one in the $1400 range.

Very nice looking rifle.

You picked the best!

Maryland has a rather strange law regarding magazines: you can’t purchase any mags with a capacity of more than 20 rounds in the state, and you can’t have them shipped any into Maryland either (i.e., no internet sales). However, there is a loophole in the current law: it isn’t illegal to own 30 round magazines in Maryland, so if you already have them you can use them.

Nice work. Good looking rifle.

Good timing, I just ordered two this morning.

Nice!!! I just got mine a little over a week ago!

Sweet!!

Nice. Looks like .170 pins.

Very nice.

I’m paying my credit card down so I can order one with the .154" pins.

Congratulations and welcome to the fold! Now get to the range and start leaving your “carbon footprint”!

Congratulations. Nice. How does the MOE lock up on the 6920 receiver extension? I’ve been thinking of getting one for mine.

grats! now buy some ammo and have fun!

The Magpul MOE stock locks up perfectly on the 6920. There’s not even a hint of rattle.

I have about 500 rounds currently on hand, and I buy a hundred rounds or so every two weeks on payday to replace any I have shot. I’ve been to the range twice with the 6920, and it has performed exceedingly well both times.
