I gave TK30R as a B day gift to someone, it’s a neat light, but it wasn’t a tac light gift, just a flashlight. Anyone run a light like this on your rifle?
Do you mean mounting a handheld light on a long gun? I’ve had a Surefire 6p mounted in a 1” scope ring on a rifle for 25+ years. I replaced the lamp with a Malkoff unit but otherwise is in its stock body. Yeah, I’ve got dedicated weapon lights on other long guns but this one is perfectly serviceable.

Some of them are Tac lights, some are lights not specifically for Tac use.
I have a Fenix std led tac light on one rifle. The white laser lights cast a beam almost like a laser, it’s very spotlight-ish, but very long throw in relatively low lumens. 500 lumens spot at 1250 meters is impressive.
I just wondering if anyone has found the white laser units useful mounted on rifle. TK30 and TK30R can be mounted.
