Eotech XPS???

They are kinda new. Has anyone had any problems with one, or know any mods for them? Just looking for knowledge:cool:
Thanks!

I own a Colt 6920. One that i use pretty much stock and another kept unopened from the factory. I am looking to gradually upgrade this rifle as my experience with it grows. I have a Troy BUIS and an EOTechXPS-2, just purchased, and yet to be installed. I have a problem in identifying after market parts that I might like to try from the pictures posted in this very informative forum. You gentlemen are vastly more experienced than I. I am retired LE. We did not use the “black rifle” when I was active. If I notice a product that I like in a post, I have to search the market, hopefully to get lucky and find a picture of that particular product. I think instead of listing all the firearms an individual may own, as is sometimes done at the end of a post, it might be more helpful to many readers to identify the rifle in the posted picture as well as the aftermarket products added to it. As an example, in the informative link below offered by CLCH, a post by NICKDrak shows a beautiful rifle. I would like to know the the origin of the stock, the grip and the maker of the rear BUIS. Any help would greatly appreciated.

If this is the wrong thread for these questions, please move it.
Thanks, Walter

If you are talking about post 36, the stock is a Magpul CTR, the grip is made by Stark Equipment, the rear sight is a Magpul MBUS, and the front sight is a Troy flip-up.

PalmGuy got the specs correct. My Eotech XPS is also mounted on-top of a LaRue Tactical LT-110 quick detach mount.

Thank you, Nickdrak. Because the origional question was about the HWS, the type of mount came into question and I believe was identified. My frusrtation is when those great photos are posted, many times I cannot identify the Rifle or the aftermarket parts used. Is your rifle a DDM4?? That would explain the rail forarm.
Thanks,
Walter
