Hello what is the difference and is the difference worth almost double in price?

Bolt is Chromed and supposedly stronger. It has improved locking lugs and a new extractor that uses two longer extractor springs. The bolt carrier is designed to delay bolt unlocking a little bit longer over standard. It has three holes in the side instead of two. I assume to let more gas escape. And a few other small immprovements.

Is it worth the extra money. I dont know. My new build has one installed, but I dont have enough rounds through it to determine if it is better than the standard bolt.

Save your money and just buy a standard LMT/CMT/Colt or ‘FN contracted’ MP tested bolt and M16 carrier.

I’ve seen the LMT ‘enhanced’ carrier malfunction in more rifles than I’ve seen it work well with.

Hello what are the benefits of a M16 bolt carrier vs. a semi?

Added weight. The carrier tail is longer on a M16 carrier than a SA AR15 carrier.
