Is the padded M4 insert available for separate purchase? Cost? Does anyone have the dimensions on one?

They must be, but I bet they are not easy to locate.
I have seen guys using the Sigma bag to carry two carbines with both of them being in the padded inserts. I never went over to actually see how they fit though.
