Does Trijicon ACOG Pouch Have MOLLE Straps/Snaps?

Their site says also that it is the same pouch for the RCO (TA86) and that it is made of canvas. Canvas?

This pouch is standard equipment with the TA31RCO-A4CP &
TA31RCO-M4CP ACOGs. Trijicon is proud to offer this pouch
for the very first time as a separate item for purchase. Now, you
can order this pouch for your own 4x32 ACOG, no matter the model.

This pouch is constructed of “Army Green” canvas with padding
on all 4-sides and bottom. Inside, there is room for your ACOG and
manuals, separated by a canvas divider. On the back are two straps
with metal snaps so you can easily attach/detach this from your
belt. And of course, this pouch is proudly made in the U.S.A.

The one I was issued with my RCO has MOLLE snaps. It was made by eagle if i remember correctly.
