Direct replacement CREE's for 6P/9P and Executive Series

I know where to find the WE CREE’s for 29.99. I know of another source for the cheaper $11, semi direct replacement Hong Kong CREE’s…

My question is twofold:

  1. Why doesn’t G&R Tactical sell CREE’s for all the lights? :stuck_out_tongue:

  2. Since G&R Tactical doesn’t sell them, where is the best place to get the best quality CREE LED’s that are DIRECT fit capable?

FWIW, I have both the $11 cheapo replacement on a G2 and a G2L. When I compare the two lights, they are essentially identical. (And runtime seems to be nearly identical, also.) Until SF comes out with the P60L replacement lamps, you can’t beat the price on the cheapo replacements. I just used a #19 O-ring to fill in the gap between the bezel and body.

I’d love to know as well. LED’s have to last longer, and if the candle power and beam quality is the same…why not???
