Modi had noticed Chinese President Xi Jinping “looking uncomfortable,” according to local media, and stopped to check on him while aides also appeared to rush to Xi’s side.
It was a brief moment, quickly amplified online as commentators weighed in on the Chinese leader’s health.
“Xi Jinping is not well. This time, China could not hide his condition,” wrote author and prominent China hawk Gordon G. Chang.
Rumours quickly began to swirl online as people started commenting on the Chinese President’s health status.

Of course China has catagorically denied that Xi has had a stroke and have said little, they did however put out a cryptic message to all Diplomatic personel in locally about not buying Dangerous gas station sushi in India, but the details of the incident are unknown.
Not that I am a fan, but I’ll be honest that I kinda hope the dude is ok. On one hand what difference would it make? They got a line of dudes ready to take the spot, all assembled in the same “authoritarian communist leader” factory. Not like it’s gonna spark a new age of Chinese policy. Not to mention, the world has enough going on at the moment. A new Chinese president anxious to make his bones in the eyes of the CCP and the world is just not a thing we need right now.
