Just put together my lower for the first time myself (proud)! I have a form1 in, waiting on a stamp…here the big question:
In 6.8 with 7.5/8" barrel is Piston driven any better, I won’t be overseas nor shooting fullauto. I have money saved and i’m debating Noveske vs LWRC.
What do you guys think?
I know guys are really having great result with the LWRC PSD. Plus using SSA 85 TSXs’ they are getting some pretty good FPS even with the 8" barrel. The only downside is the are pricey for an upper. There is a guy over on 68forums who recently posted some actual fps numbers you may want to check out.
Give the Barrett REC7 a look also.
I have several of each and they all run excellent.
DI runs dirtier no doubt.
That would be my first choice in a SBR piston gun.
