DD XVM Barrel profile?

Does anyone know what kind of barrel is on the XVM? It is not a ‘pencil’ and I don’t think it is ‘heavy’ but it does not have the cutout like the standard M4.

It is most likely a Govt profile.

Thanks Grant, but it does not have ‘cutouts’, for lack of a better term, like the gov’t profile. Maybe it is a medium from the site below. I guess I need to break out the calipers. I emailed DD as well.

Right. Govt profile barrels don’t have cuts in them. Just gradual steps.
