Well, it’s progress in that instead of wanting to deny every private citizen the ability to legally carry, now they just want to effectively do the same thing, with the exception of a couple dozen people to whom the DC police have chosen to give may-issue permits.

How very interesting that we have simultaneous threads with members in one decrying the courts for overruling the will of the people, and yet in the other it is called “progress”.

I thought that was the ability to reason.

It doesn’t mean anything yet. Very few are being issued, and I’m assuming no reciprocity with anywhere else.
