I did 5g per day for 3 mo and saw zero benefit in any way. What are your thoughts on this?

I missed this one. Approx 30% of people are non responders. You may be one of those. While it may not make noticeable difference in the gym, there’s still a long list of potential health benefits, so being cheap, safe, very well researched, I’d say keep using it. You could try a higher dose for a week or so, like 8-10 grams, though 5g should work for most.

So, I read online that all creatine comes from China. Is that bs? I have the Jocko stuff.
