Complete LMT lower, minus the stock?

Where can I get a “complete” LMT Defender lower (standard trigger), minus the stock? Telescoping stocks are no-go in NY, and if everything goes as planned, I should be getting an Ace ARFX-E for cheap pretty soon.

Everywhere I see them, they come with the 6-pos. stocks. Any place I can get one without the stock (and hopefully have the price adjusted for that reason)?

LMT does sells the defender lower with a fixed stock (L7B2) for less money.
My dealer has bought these for me in the past when I just wanted the lower.
