This is a “surplus” Colt M16A1 upper and used KAC M5 rail combo I purchased several years ago with the intention of making a retro build that never came to fruition.
Proof marks can be seen in the pics (Bolt is MP marked) but I do not know the full history of this upper. It was wrapped in paper and grease when I got it with no documentation.
