Colt Barrel Stamping Question

Hi all. A few years ago (3-4) I bought a Colt 6721 as my patrol rifle. This was during a time when Colt’s were a bit hard to find (at least in my area). My rifle came sealed in a Colt shipping box that was not tampered with from a local dealer that specializes in police rifle sales.

While looking at it the other night, I noticed that there are NO barrel markings on it of any kind. The receiver has the correct markings found on Colt’s, the FSB is F marked. There are just no markings of any kind on the barrel.

My question is, has anyone encountered this before? I have no doubt my upper, including the barrel is all Colt. I was just curious why there would be no stamps on the barrel. n

Close up pictures of the front and rear of the barrel. Close up pictures of the left and right side of the receivers.

I want to see if your gun is matching or even if it is all Colt.
