Could you please speak a little more on what sort of gear is needed/recommended for the shotgun class? I have a Benelli M4 (unmodified civilian version), but that’s it, nothing else shotgun related.
I read the short hardware/kit section on the MD shotgun page, but if possible, I’d like to hear any specific recommendations you have for a beginner with no shotgun-specific gear (I have a Blue Force Gear molle belt that I could take the rifle and pistol pouches off if I needed to).

I’m interested in the lowlight portions. Is there a website that discusses cost, round count, eqpt needed, etc.?
It’s the same cost as our 2 day carbine class
Ammo count is about 1300 rounds approx carbine
And 350 handgunor so I always bring more in case based on class size
You need a white light weapons mounted or hand held spare battireis
What’s the price for the one day shotgun class? The site only list the price for the two day class ($450).
