Chamber looks like its threaded-new PSA upper-Fail****

So I received a new PSA upper from a buddy as a gift. Fired about 65 -75 rounds. Noticed hard to extract unfired cartridges when unloading. Had to bounce it off stock. Looked at case(s) and noticed marks on cartridge that made me clean and inspect chamber (hard chrome chamber and bore).

I noticed that the chamber looks as if its threaded-litterly. Tool marks in a circular fashion.

Is this normal? Can it be fixed?
